One of the basic and complementary units in the field of support of Semnan Gypsum Company is the quality control unit. In this unit, the supplementary and final review of all products in accordance with the needs of customers and their specialized orders is considered by agents and management. Providing quality products according to the orders of customers and employers is the result of the efforts of agents in this executive unit.
Objectives and tasks of the quality control unit:
- Complete and detailed review of all products produced
- Approving high quality products and introducing them to the mass production line
- Close monitoring of the proper performance of activities by employees
- Guarantee all services provided to customers
- Receive and implement customer suggestions and feedback
- Follow up on actions taken regarding employers’ complaints
- Gathering customer satisfaction factors and extensive maneuvering on them
